In addition to the many events and activities Imagine Martin will be hosting at The Hive throughout the year, The Hive will also be offering rental options as a flexible creative space for workshops, meetings, classes, private events, and creative gatherings.

As our very first regional event held inside The Hive, just days before our Grand Opening. It was incredible to see the space filled with conversation, creativity, inspiration, and community during the Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council Coffee Chat with Arts Organizations.From discussions about partnerships and funding opportunities to dreaming about the future of the arts in our communities, the energy in the room was inspiring.

Martin County 4-H hosted a Regional Staff Meeting and took part in a Natural Dye Art Activity

Martin County 4-H hosted a Regional Staff Meeting at The Hive, bringing together representatives from 15 southwest Minnesota counties to connect, collaborate, and explore new ideas for 4-H and community engagement. Guests enjoyed lunch from El Agave Mexican Restaurant, checked out our gift shop, The Hub, snapped photos at our interactive mural, and took part in a Natural Dye Art Activity and yes, even our intern Sche joined in on the art fun!

FCS Teacher Appreciation Dinner with a little origami magic!

The Fairmont Christian School celebrated the incredible teachers who shape hearts and minds every single day and did it with a little origami magic at their Teacher Appreciation Dinner. Guests enjoyed food catered by El Agave Mexican Restaurant before creating butterflies to honor the transformation teachers inspire, hearts as a symbol of the love they pour into every student, and bookmarks because great teachers leave a mark on every chapter of our lives.
