The downtown building at 105 W. 1st Street is being restored as a tribute to Michael and Elizabeth Garry, whose lives reflected a deep commitment to Fairmont through service, generosity, and preservation. Gifted to Imagine Martin to serve the community, the building will house Imagine Martin’s Artisan Studio & Market, known as The Hive. We are deeply grateful for this extraordinary gift and the Garrys’ enduring belief in our community.
